Our initiative unfolds on two fronts. Firstly, there's our innovative sourdough database, a digital hub where you can document and share your beloved recipes with fellow enthusiasts worldwide. But that's not all – we've also established the world's only Sourdough Library at the Sourdough Institute, nestled in the heart of Belgium. Here, authentic sourdough starters from every corner of the globe find a home, safeguarding the diverse heritage of this beloved tradition. Each year, a select few recipes from our digital archive earn a coveted place in this esteemed collection.
